    WELCOMING THE LAMAS

Since its creation in 1988, the Venerable Lama Teunsang, the Venerable Lama Mönlam as well as other Lamas regularly teach and give instructions for meditation. This lays the necessary foundations for the development of the centre and for encouraging disciples to practice.
• Public conferences are organised to expound the general Buddhist principles to newcomers.
• Advanced teachings represent the heart of the lineage’s transmission.
• Individual meetings with the Lamas can be arranged if asked for a couple of days in advance. They are available for all those who wish to receive special instructions or for any other reason.

PUBLICATIONS

KZK realizes and publishes different texts for practice under the supervision of the venerable Lama Mönlam.

- A refuge booklet (5 x 7 cm) is available for new comers to the Dharma. It includes the refuge prayer , the four inmmeasurables, , the prayer for rebirth in Sukhavati, dedication prayers, short prayer for offering our meals.

- Dugkar, goddess of the White Umbrella, is the consort of Buddha Amitaba. This short sadhana (practice), from the Nyingma tradition, helps to dispel obstacles and to reach the pure fields of Amitaba after death.

- The practice related to the hundred Divinities of the Bardo is equally called “The daily practice that spontaneously liberates from karma tendencies”. The practitioner gets to know the different deities who symbolise its own primordial Awakeness. As these deities will occur during the bardo of death the practitioner will be able to recognise them and reach Enlightenment.
